What is Penis Enlargement Surgery?
An increasing number of men are seeking surgical penis enlargement surgery either to increase the length or girth of their penis. Feeling that you are smaller than you should be can have serious effects on self-esteem, confidence and sexuality. A penis enlargement can increase the size and width of the penis permanently and safely. At the Nu, we know how valuable your time is, that’s why we aim to secure you a free consultation with the cosmetic surgeon we refer you to swiftly and at a time and place convenient to you.
The Procedure
For penis lengthening, a small incision is made in the pubis (where there is pubic hair), and the top ligaments are cut (the underside ligaments are left in place to maintain stability). The penis is then lengthened by straightening it and using your own tissue to extend the length.
Penis girth or width is achieved by using your own fat from the thigh and very carefully transplanting it to the penis. This is a complex procedure that should only be performed by an experienced surgeon.
Penis legthening and widening can be performed at the same time. You can discuss this fully at the free consultation with the specialist cosmetic surgeon we refer you to. Following your procedure, the experts aim to return you safely to your own home the same day or the morning after your surgery.

Later Progress
After surgery, you may feel bruised and sore but this will subside over the coming weeks. Normally, no more than simple analgesia such as paracetamol is sufficient. We normally recommend people have about a week off work to recover and recuperate from the surgery. All of your aftercare is included in your package, meaning you can relax, safe in the knowledge that all your follow up appointments, dressings, any required medications and much more is covered by your comprehensive aftercare programme.
We have been successfully referring patients to top Cosmetic surgeons for over a decade. They have decades of experience and proven track record of best practice standards in the field of cosmetic surgery.
Risks & Complications
As with any surgery, there is the small risk of complications with this surgery. At the time of your consultation, the expert we refer you to will take you through the risks in detail so that you can take an informed decision.
They will not push you for surgery. They will give you all the time and guidance you need to take a decision. They will give you a comprehensive Patient Guide to take home with you. This will answer most of your queries and concerns. If you have any further questions, you can give them a call and they will provide their expert advice. You will love them for their honesty, integrity and professionalism.

What exactly is penis enlargement?
The surgery involves enhancement or reshaping of the penis.
How long does the procedure take?
Depending on the complexity of the procedure, the surgery normally takes between 1 and 5 hours not including time in recovery.
Are the results permanent?
Yes, all forms of genital surgery are permanent.
When can I go back to normal day-to-day activities?
Depending on the surgery, we recommend that people take a week or two off work following the procedure (more if your job is particularly physical). Strenuous activities, heavy lifting and intense exercise should be avoided for about 6 weeks after your surgery. Sometimes, the area may be painful or sore for a few weeks afterwards, this should be considered if your job involves sitting for long periods.
Are there any alternatives to this surgery?
In some cases, certain forms of non surgical cosmetic procedures may be helpful. You can discuss this fully with one of our friendly advisors or surgeons at your free consultation.
Can I combine this procedure with other surgery?
Yes, you can normally combine this procedure with other surgeries. You can discuss this in full at your free consultation.
Will I have altered sensation in the area?
Whenever skin is cut, nerves are also cut; this may result in altered sensation to the area, particularly at the incision site. All care will be taken to maintain sensation as much as possible.
What weight should I be for surgery?
You should be at a healthy weight for your height when you have surgery as this lowers risks related to anaesthetic. For the best aesthetic results, we recommend that you are at your ideal weight at the time of surgery as further weight loss or gain can change the results of your surgery.
When can I fly after the procedure?
You should check with your surgeon regarding safe timings of air travel following your surgery. Many airlines have their own protocols and you should inform your travel insurance company if you have had recent surgery.
We recommend that in the weeks after surgery, you are close to one of the locations Nu Cosmetic Clinic can refer you to in case you have any concerns, so foreign holidays may be best avoided until a few months after your procedure.
Am I too young/ too old for this procedure?
All clients must be at least 18 years of age to have surgery. We do not set an upper age limit for our procedures, suitability for surgery will be discussed at your free consultation with your surgeon.
Can I get a second opinion?
Yes, if you are at all unsure about what your surgeon has told you, we will be more than happy to refer you for a second free consultation with another surgeon.
Are your surgeons suitably qualified and registered?
All of the surgeons we refer you to are registered with the General Medical Council (GMC) and all relevant specialist bodies. Please feel free to ask the surgeon about his experience and qualifications at your consultation; they understand and support that this is vital information to your decision making process.
