Victoria Das is from the centre of Liverpool. She recently underwent a series of laser hair removal treatments at Nu Cosmetic clinic in Liverpool. ´I have been getting laser hair treatments for a few years, as waxing and shaving were both uncomfortable options for me´, she said.

The environment of a friendly and professional clinic shone through for her, along with the detail of her consultation. ´I was put at complete ease. Not only did Julie explain the machines, but she also described how they work, which was a first for me. This really gave me confidence! ´

The treatment was thoroughly performed without any rush leaving her completely satisfied. ´The consultation was open and honest, and they went through my requirements in detail along with the cost. I felt that they were being very candid, and for me it felt like talking to a friend. ´ Victoria told us that it was initially important that the consultation was open to input from both the patient and the staff, without any tension or pressure.

Aftercare was also given thorough consideration. The laser nurse explained in detail the steps that the treatment would take, along with any potential areas of sensitivity. In addition to this, a sensitivity ´patch´ test was also carried out before any treatment to detect any excessive sensitivity that could occur.

Victoria found the clinic to be excellent. She was presented to an environment which was warm and open, this was important to her as she felt anyone going for any type of surgery, can have some initial nerves. ´I am really happy with the service I receive, that’s why I keep coming back. I would not if I was not happy. The clinic is easily accessible and has parking. It is a very welcoming experience overall.
